Refund policy

1. Our Return Promise
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from MeroShopUS. If you are not 100% happy with your item(s), you may return them for a full refund within 30 days of receipt—and return shipping is on us!

2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable software/products, and certain health/personal care items (for hygiene reasons) are non-returnable.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Free Return Shipping

  • If you need to make a return, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

  • Simply contact us, and we will email you the label. Print it, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

  • Please note: The original shipping fees (if any were paid) are non-refundable. However, since we offer free shipping on all orders, this usually does not apply.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If the issue persists, contact us.

5. Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us and we will arrange a free return and ship the replacement to you at no extra cost.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right—at no cost to you.
